Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Aureon Yala Safari, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations.
1. Cancellation by Guests
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before: Full refund (100%).
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours: No refund will be issued.
Important: Requests must be submitted via official email or phone to be valid.
2. No-Show & Late Arrivals
Failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. In these instances, no refund will be provided. Guests arriving late may miss the departure, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Rescheduling
- 48+ Hours Notice: Rescheduling is free (subject to availability).
- Under 48 Hours: Rescheduling may incur additional administrative fees.
4. Cancellation by Aureon Yala Safari
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to bad weather, government regulations, park closures, or unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
